As a producer and processor of mineral products, Euroquartz has recognized expertise in processing, blending, packaging and logistics.
Our industrial tools integrate the latest generation of mixing technologies as well as concrete sustainability initiatives, including the installation of nearly 6,000 m² of photovoltaic panels. This approach reflects our commitment to reconciling industrial performance with environmental responsibility.
Formulation & Toll Manufacturing
EUROQUARTZ offers tailor-made formulation and custom production services, in full confidentiality. Whether you already have a formulation or wish to develop a specific product, we manage of the entire process: sourcing raw materials, mixing, production and packaging. Our solutions adapt to your technical and commercial requirements, with custom packaging options available.
Drying & Packaging
We ensure the drying, sieving and preparation of your materials according to precise specifications. The products can be packaged in bags, big-bags, bulk or solutions adapted to site silos, guaranteeing flexibility and logistical efficiency.
Research & Development
Our in-house laboratory and R&D teams develop innovative solutions, both for our own ranges and for specific customer projects. In close collaboration with you, we design products that meet the most demanding specifications, in compliance with current standards and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Projectmanagement
EUROQUARTZ supports its customers in the technical and operational management of their projects. From the definition of needs to implementation, our teams master industrial standards (planning, quality, test protocols, logistics) and work on various projects, including in complex environments.
Storage & Logistics
With more than 100,000 m² of dedicated space, EUROQUARTZ offers flexible storage solutions, allowing goods to be stored until they are picked up on order or on call.
Our Hermalle site benefits from a strategic positioning along the Albert Canal, offering direct access to inland waterway transport in addition to road, rail, sea and air solutions. This logistical asset is a major lever in terms of optimizing costs and deadlines, while contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint through more sustainable modes of transport.
In addition, the complementarity of our two industrial sites — Hermalle (Belgium) and Niemegk (Germany) — allows us to ensure extensive geographical coverage and optimized access to our markets, thus strengthening our proximity and responsiveness at the service of our customers. This multi-site organization also promotes more efficient and responsible logistics, reducing transport distances and optimizing flows.
