In the offshore wind sector, the materials used for foundations must meet high requirements in terms of mechanical strength, durability and reliability in extreme conditions. Solutions developed by Euroquartz... are specifically suitable for sealing and filling applications in type Monopieu and jacket. They ensure a homogeneous filling of critical interfaces, especially at the level of transition pieces (TP), guaranteeing the transmission of loads and the stability of structures.
Tested to international standards such as DNV-ST-0126 and EN 12390, these solutions meet the most stringent requirements of the offshore wind industry.

The formulations exhibit a self-positioning behavior (free flowing) allowing a homogeneous implementation without segregation, even in complex or difficult to access geometries.

The low shrinkage, especially autogenous, strongly limits the risk of cracking in confined areas such as skirts, guaranteeing the integrity of the material over time.
Excellent mechanical performance
The materials offer a characteristic compressive strength ≥ 40 MPa, with a controlled density (2.31 to 2.80 g/cm³), ensuring structural robustness and optimal force transmission.
Adaptation to offshore implementation conditions
A controlled setting time (≥ 4 hours between 0 and 25°C) combined with anti-washout properties guarantees reliable application in a submerged environment.
